I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational transformation. Leading product initiatives that have scaled from concept to millions of users across both high-growth startups and Fortune 500 environments. My experience spans strategic product development, cross-functional team leadership, and driving business transformation through technology.

Recently, I've been exploring how GenAI is fundamentally reshaping not just product strategy and organizational decision-making, but how we work and live as humans. From small business owners automating their workflows to families using AI for everyday productivity, we're witnessing a transformation that touches every aspect of our lives, and I'm fascinated by both the opportunities and the questions this raises for all of us.

What Drives Me

I'm naturally drawn to exploring new approaches and connecting ideas that might not seem related at first, and I'm fascinated by the human side of building teams and products. How do you build trust across teams that have competing interests? How do you create structure that empowers people rather than constrains them? How do you maintain strategic vision while adapting to constant changes in tech? How do you balance user needs with business constraints?

These days, I'm particularly excited about how AI is reshaping these fundamental questions. The most interesting challenges aren't only technical; they're about helping humans and AI work together to enhance rather than replace.

AI-Enabled Publishing

I've been experimenting with how AI can help transform years of scattered notes and journal entries into cohesive narratives. Using various AI tools, I've written a couple of books by feeding in my personal reflections, insights, and observations, then working with AI to help structure, refine, and polish the content while maintaining my authentic voice. It's been fascinating to see how AI can help identify patterns and themes across years of writing that I might have missed on my own, while also giving me hands-on experience with how AI handles creative and editorial processes.

SMB Workflow Automation

Small and medium businesses often get stuck doing repetitive administrative tasks that eat up time they could spend growing their business. I'm building AI-powered workflow tools that handles the routine stuff like scheduling, follow-ups, basic customer communications, and process management, so business owners can focus on what actually moves the needle. This project lets me show businesses how AI can tackle their real operational challenges, while learning firsthand about the complexities of building automation that works for diverse business needs.

Education is ripe for AI transformation, but most solutions focus on content delivery rather than actual learning support. I'm developing an AI learning coach that adapts to individual students' learning styles, identifies knowledge gaps, and provides personalized guidance for both students and educators. The tool works across different educational contexts (from individual learners to classroom settings) to help create more effective and engaging learning experiences while teaching me how AI can be designed to truly enhance human potential rather than replace it.

The technical challenge was complex. Partners needed more than APIs. They needed a complete developer experience that was reliable and easy to use. We built tools for intelligent recommendations, workflow optimization, and real-time data analysis.

Calendly

Built and led the mobile team for one of the fastest-growing productivity platforms, launching the company's first native mobile product.

The challenge wasn't just building an app. It was reimagining core user workflows for a mobile-first experience while maintaining the simplicity that makes people love Calendly. What started as addressing a critical user retention challenge became an ecosystem that fundamentally changed how millions of users schedule.

I'm also passionate about volunteering with pre-college students in whatever way I can. Plus, I'm a bit of a fitness enthusiast so I love staying active through regular workouts, hikes, or whatever keeps me moving.
